今日は、久しぶりにだらけてしましました。

昨日の夜は遅くなり、寝たのは夜中の０時過ぎでした。

久々に夜更かししたせいか今日の朝ハッとして目覚めたとき、なんと10時をまわっていました。頭もぼーっとして、一日やる気の起きない一日でした。本当に憂鬱でした。

しかし、6日の講義の原稿をまとめたり、30分のランニングもできたから今日は良しとします。

でもこんな日はできれば過ごしたくないです。夜の過ごし方は特に注意しないといけないなと思った一日でした。

なので今日はこれで英語日記を書いて閉めようと思います。

本当は何か書きたかったのですが、まだ他にやらなければいけないことがあるので、どうか許してください。

やっぱり自分に甘いところは、今後の課題でもあります。

Thanks to that, my height is 183. maybe the tallest person of our company.

I think my height won’t grow anymore.

I’m so sad.

I want to lose weight now. because maybe if I lose weight it will be very cool.

but sometimes I eat too much sweets.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had
